Ginger - You can drink fresh ginger juice (5-10 ml), or you can mix dried ginger powder (1-2 grams) with water.
Chironji - Chironji mixed with honey is an effective urticaria treatment. You can also use pistachio seeds as an alternative. Drink 1 tsp. twice or thrice a day to ease the discomfort brought about by hives.
Camphor - Mixing camphor with coconut oil and massaging it on the affected area is an excellent hives treatment that you can do at home to relieve the burning sensation.
Neem (margosa) - Chewing fresh neem fruits or leaves everyday is an excellent urticaria treatment. Chew them until the taste turns bitter (note: they would not have a bitter taste when you don't have hives).
Linseed oil/flaxseed oil - Mix two parts of linseed oil with one part camphor in any glass container and seal it tight. Wait for 10-15 minutes for the camphor to be dissolved and then apply the solution on the affected area.
Sesame oil - This is another effective home hives remedy. Soak a cotton ball in sesame oil and insert in your anus to treat this skin condition.
